Real World Assets (RWA) that are qualified as tradable/negotiable assets have become in great demand after the Basel III requirements. New liquidity requirements for banks, financial services, hedge funds, and international markets make gold a high-priority portfolio asset.
Our immense and “proven” gold mining assets are established by NI 43-101 certification, Reg S filings, SEC rules SK-1300, satellite surveys, and insurance bonds. This makes our services a high-demand commodity.
Today, if a mining company wants to raise capital in the United States, institutional investors and investment banks often expect technical reports prepared under SEC S-K 1300. Likewise, Canadian-listed companies generally use NI 43-101. Because both standards are based on CRIRSCO, reports can often be adapted between the two jurisdictions with relatively limited changes, though they are not identical.
If your goal is to tokenize or finance U.S. gold mining assets, S-K 1300 is generally the SEC-recognized framework that investors, attorneys, and investment banks will expect for mineral resource and reserve disclosure.
